Upon inspection of the few loose strands he said the cable was perfectly fine, and did not need to be repaired. He did not charge for the brief inspection. We Googled “garage door repairs/replacement in our area.after viewing the names of several businesses in our area. We requested having Scott come look at the doors and give us an estimate, especially since our home owners required an estimate to repair or replace. We decided to modernize and replace both doors. He agreed to come out on a Monday evening to do our opener install, working around my really busy schedule that week. He did the job quickly and efficiently and the price was very fair. Scott was prompt and very efficient. My cable wire that lifts the door snapped on one side. He replaced both sides, greased the runners and reprogrammed my garage door opener! Price was very reasonable. Would definitely call him again if I ever need my garage door repaired!
